Warnings in selecting and designing the battery packs:
- Power requirement
- Volume
- Temperature characteristics, equipment, battery and the environment.
- Capacity requirement
- Range of working voltage
- Charge/discharge control
- Security issues (insulation, moistureproof and explosion-defend)
- Battery life
- Working environment
- Cost control
- Battery selecting
- Suppliers¡¯ stability
- Method for battery pack¡¯s evaluation
Warnings in assembling process:
- Batteries in different kind, model, company, using history and charge status can¡¯t be used together .
- The package should consider both insulation and cooling ability.
- Avoid to weld directly on the battery itself.
- The batteries in same pack should be in highly unanimous status.
- The fewer the batteries in parallel connection the better.
- Prevent short circuit during the assembling process.
